30 Days Wild

A national nature challenge set up by the Wildlife Trusts to help you to make room for nature in your life, just by doing something wild every day in June!

This June, join hundreds of thousands of people taking part in 30 Days Wild. We're challenging you to do something a little bit wild every day: that's 30 Days of fun, exciting and simple Random Acts of Wildness. It's easy!

We're giving you a free pack of goodies to help you plan your wild month, plus lots of ideas from your Wildlife Trust to inspire you to stay wild all throughout June (and beyond!). Sign up for your free pack

It might seem like a no-brainer, but we've been working with the University of Derby to prove that spending time in nature is good for you. 30 Days Wild is all about taking a little bit of time every day to do something a little bit wild, so take the challenge and you might just find yourself feeling a little bit healthier, happier and wilder!

Here at Sheffield & Rotherham Wildlife Trust we've been involved with 30 Days Wild since the start, and last year more of you signed up than ever before! This year, let's show the rest of the country just how wild we are!

You could go on a mini safari on one of our nature reserves or visit our what's on page to find out how you could get involved with the Trust in June, including volunteering opportunities.

It's not too late to join in - you can still take part in this year's 30 Days Wild challenge. You will soon be able to sign up and claim your free 30 Days Wild resources, so keep an eye on this page for updates!

Why not make up your own Random Acts of Wildness?

Shut your eyes to listen to bird song. Take a wild walk at lunchtime. Lie back in the long grass. Search out urban wildlife. Talk to someone on your street about nature. Use wild ingredients to mix a wild cocktail.

You can share all the things you do with us on social media using #30DaysWild along with thousands of other peopletaking part.

It's so easy to bring a little bit of the wild into your everyday life, so do something wild every day!
