What to do if you have found a sick, injured or distressed animal
Please be aware, we do not have the facilities to look after injured animals. If you have found an injured or distressed animal, the following contacts should prove helpful.
Please do let us know about incidents regarding protected species such as bats and badgers (after securing aid for them if necessary).

We are happy to receive your honest comments, and would far rather that you told us than felt unhappy or uncomfortable about anything that we do. There are a number of ways you can get in touch with us.
As a member of the Fundraising Standards Board, we commit to the Fundraising Promise to always work to high standards, and to be open, fair, honest and legal.
We will always treat complaints seriously, and deal with them properly. We will try to resolve any complaints quickly and we aim to learn from our complaints to make our working practices better. Your complaint will always be treated with the strictest confidence.

At Sheffield Wildlife Trust we do not disclose members' information to third parties unless it is for the purpose of the delivery of goods such as newsletters. When you contact Sheffield Wildlife Trust, we collect your name, mailing address, email address and telephone number so that we can get back in touch with you. The information that you give is used purely for our contact purposes. We also maintain a record of our contact with you, should we or you ever need this for reference.
