Volunteer Land Management Assistant

This role would suit someone who is keen to engage in a range of practical conservation work, including site maintenance such as fencing, and habitat management such as woodland thinning.

Volunteering with the Land Management Team helps people develop practical conservation skills, build knowledge about local wildlife habitats, keep physically active and is a great place to start developing a career in the sector.
Volunteers are asked to commit to at least one day per week.

Volunteer Community Wildlife Ranger

We are looking for volunteers to assist our Community Wildlife Rangers working on our nature reserves in Sheffield, Rotherham, and the Peak District.

This will involve helping with a variety of activities including weekly patrolling, community liaison work, practical conservation tasks and helping with events. It's a great way to get some practical experience too!
