Grow Sheffield: an active network of individuals and groups promoting urban organic food growing

Hazelhurst Community Supported Agriculture Co-operative Ltd aims to reconnect Sheffield people with where their food comes from by growing organic fruit and vegetables with the help of the local community for the local community on a beautiful rented site of just over an acre in south Sheffield. We are running a veg box scheme and are selling directly to local communities. Hazelhurst CSA provides a direct link between the production and consumption of food. We want to create a mutually supportive relationship between local growers and local communities.

Making Local Food Work: We help people to take ownership of their food and where it comes from by providing advice and support to community food enterprises across England. If you are involved in a community food enterprise or interested in starting one in your community, we can help you.
