What we do

Sheffield and Rotherham Wildlife Trust is proud to have a diverse portfolio. We currently:

  • Manage 12 nature reserves across Sheffield and Rotherham, with staff and volunteers regularly on site carrying out conservation and land management work.

  • Operate a trading arm known as Wildscapes, which provides a high quality consultancy service in landscape architecture and ecology

  • Run events for local groups

  • Offer a varied programme of education, community engagement, play, youth work and training

  • Provide an excellent range of volunteering opportunities

Wildscapes Environmental Consultancy

Wildscapes is our environmental consultancy offering a comprehensive range of ecological and environmental services.

As well as undertaking surveys and advising on ecological issues, we also design and deliver practical landscape creation and land management works which improve the environment for wildlife and for people.
