Join us for what will be a fascinating talk about how Sheffield’s woodland heritage has driven its industrial past, and how this has shaped the woodlands we enjoy today, with a focus on Greno woods.

Melvyn Jones is a local expert on woodlands. He was appointed Visiting Professor in environmental history at Sheffield Hallam University in 1999, he is a radio personality and is the author of over 60 books.
