Our response to Sheffield City Council regarding the 14 green belt sites proposed to be released for development9 July, 2025 9 July, 2025 In June, we published our position on the green belt sites proposed for development by Sheffield City Council. You can view the position here. After further reviewing the evidence available to us, we made one change which is reflected in our response to the consultation. In addition to the sites we planned to object to in their entirety, as outlined in our position, we have also objected to Hesley Wood, north of Cowley Hill (SCC site ref CH04), on the same grounds. Our position on the rest of the sites remains the same. We have now submitted our response to Sheffield City Council, you can download and view a PDF of our response here.
