We are running three different sessions, all taking place twice each- young people can attend as many of these as they like, including repeats to gain more experience.
All sessions will begin and end at the carpark, and involve ~2.5 hours of activity in Greno Woods with Wildlife Trust staff. Participants will need to be prepared for the weather including wearing good footwear (e.g. boots/wellies) and a waterproof coat, and have with them a bottle of water.
3: Tools and practical conservation- 30th March and 20th April
Try using some common woodland tools including loppers and bow saws, then use your skills to complete a practical task to improve Greno Woods for nature. We will take a break part way through for hot drinks and biscuits.
