Delicious and healthy recipes that make the best of what’s in season
At Wild at Heart we like to connect to nature through noticing and appreciating each season as they roll by. The simple act of noticing the garden hedge throughout the year can bring meaning to our days – pay attention as blackberries appear in autumn while the leaves turn, the leaves are fallen in winter, then elderflower blossoms appear in spring, and hedges become fully green again come summer.
Eating fruit and vegetables that are in season makes for cheaper meals, and more nutritious food.
So depending on what season it is, give these tried-and-tested recipes a go and use them to make the best of what’s in season and to connect to nature for your wellbeing!
