The editor is Fury Mets-Mallin, design by Anna Pethen and printed by B&B Press on mixed credit paper from responsible sources. Three issues of Kingfisher magazine are published each year (Spring, Summer, Winter) and distributed to validated current members of Sheffield & Rotherham Wildlife Trust at the time of publication.

Kingfisher magazine is deposited to the British Library and may be available at other national libraries under legal deposit. Local libraries, schools and other similar institutions are welcome to contact the editor to request a copy for archival purposes.
