What our members say about Kingfisher magazine

“It’s uplifting to read just how many contributors of photos, blogs and volunteers you have – how you credit every contributor brings your articles to life and shows how The Wildlife Trusts are for everyone! So much so that our eldest was inspired to apply for her school work placement weeks with Sheffield & Rotherham Wildlife Trust’s Reserves Team. To her delight she was accepted and they provided some wide ranging experience that she really enjoyed, opening her eyes to the wonderful diversity of landscapes and communities of Sheffield.”

“In our house with 3 young adults (12,14,15) Kingfisher and Wildlife Watch paper magazines make a very welcome tactile change from our digital worlds – and we welcome your glorious issues each season. Colourful, inspiring and genuinely informative – their accessible writing style and lovely paper format is a delight to leaf through for hours.”

LED UV Technology for Printing:

“Our LED UV technology has revolutionised our printing process. This innovative method utilises ultraviolet light for ink drying, resulting in a rapid process that conserves energy and enhances ink quality. Impressively, LED UV printing consumes approximately 20% less ink than traditional presses, reducing absorption and dispersion into the stock. Notably, these printers are environmentally friendly, using up to 95% less power than conventional print-drying technology. This efficiency, combined with instant on/off functionality, minimises standby consumption and lowers overall CO2 emissions.”
