Wild at Heart

Wildlife related activities for the over 50s

Wild at Heart is an innovative, Big Lottery funded community project, working specifically with adults, aged 50 years and over.

Wild at Heart

We deliver wildlife related actvities for older people and vulnerable and isolated adults in Sheffield and Rotherham to improve health and wellbeing, reduce social isolation and help give the confidence to get out and about in the community.

The four main strands of the project are:

Wildlife Gardening

Nature Photography

Exploring Sheffield

A monthly Wild at Heart group in Lowedges

We also run short seasonal courses and events.

The Wild at Heart Team can run taster sessions for your group or organisation, book a session and try us out. You can have a read of the latest Wild at Heart Newsletter here http://eepurl.com/crBt6r
