I’m extremely passionate about the recovery of nature in this country, and I like many others are concerned about the developing attitude towards nature recovery coming out of government.
I was born and raised in Hillsborough, Sheffield where I have spent most of my life. I currently reside in Harley, Rotherham with my partner and our two dogs. As well as working as an ecologist within development, I try to volunteer with the trust as often as I can to share the skills and experience I have developed over the last decade.
Now, with the introduction of Biodiversity Net Gain and other changes in nature legislation pending, I feel I can suitably and positively contribute to the board of trustees for the wildlife trust of Sheffield and Rotherham and assist withnature recovery in the place I call home.
