Elesha Searles is our Community Nature Advisor. She offers specialist ecological advice tomake your garden, community space or land more wildlife friendly. This can include creation,enhancement and land management advice.

The advice may come in different forms based on the nature of your request.
This may involve:
● Written advice through email● Verbal advice through video or phone● A site visit with a written ecological report containing co-created plans for the site
We will follow up the advice we give out with either a follow-up video call or site visit sixmonths at a later date after the advice has been given, to record and track progress againstthe advice given.
You will receive support throughout your nature recovery journey from our team if yourgroup requires help with attracting more people to join and share your passion forsupporting wildlife from our Communities Officer/ Nature Connection Officer within theNature Recovery Sheffield team.

By submitting your information to the Community Action for Nature Map you willhelp others in the region to find out more about your project and you may even motivatethem to start their own.
We want to share the love and create relevant resources for the Nature Recovery Movement. With your permission we would love to share your stories and experiences about the new habitats you have created in our Community Nature Stories or to be featured in the NRS/ Communities newsletter.

Their action for nature created glades in the woodland on the golf course. This allows more light into the woodland. This is a vital part of the heart and lungs of any woodland which allows the ground flora to flourish.
