SYWP team help Yummy Yorkshire to plant a woodland16 April, 2025 16 April, 2025 South Yorkshire Woodland Partnership (SYWP) have assisted the Holmes family of Yummy Yorkshire to plant a woodland on one of their fields in South Yorkshire. With funding from the Woodland Trust Growback Greener scheme approximately 1000 native trees and shrubs have been planted this winter. Once established this new woodland habitat will provide shelter for livestock as well as a ‘stepping stone’ to other woodland habitats in the area.‘Thank you so much for your help with everything, I am looking forward to seeing them grow!’Jeremy, Manager of Yummy Yorkshire.South Yorkshire Woodland Partnership is here to offer free help to any landowner in South Yorkshire who is interested in tree and woodland planting on their land.
