Wellbeing Workshops

Support your students’ emotional and social development with our wellbeing-focused outdoor sessions, designed to help pupils bond, refocus, and thrive.

Delivered either on your school grounds or at our beautiful outdoor learning sites – Greno Woods and Ecclesall Woods – these sessions offer a refreshing change of pace from the classroom, encouraging mindfulness, creativity, and resilience.

What to Expect:

Students will take part in a variety of carefully selected activities that promote wellbeing and connection with nature, such as:

• Natural Art – Expressing creativity using woodland materials
• Wildlife Gardening – Getting hands-on with nature and learning to nurture
• Bushcraft Skills – Building confidence and resilience through fire lighting, shelter building, and more
• Mindful Nature Walks – Slowing down and tuning into the sights, sounds, and textures of the natural world
